in Eating Disorder Recovery
We take a team approach! Updates will be sent to the referring provider at a frequency determined by the stage of recovery, per the Safe Exercise at Every Stage (SEES) guidelines.

Health & Exercise Coaching for Individuals with
Chronic Diseases
We ask for a referral for any client living with a chronic condition. Updates are sent to the referring provider on a quarterly basis as long as the individual is a client.
