Free Virtual Class

Join us on Wednesday, May 1st from 12:15 to 12:45pm for a free virtual class to learn about calming breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation as part of your stress care toolkit. You will receive a zoom link via email a couple days before the event. 


 

Movement for Mental Health

Join us on Wednesday, May 8th from 5:30-6:30pm to learn more about movement to benefit mental health.  Participants will learn about the following:
